life, lately

hey guys, forgive me for disappearing. 
here are some snippets of the last few months.

from our trip to cali this past summer.

san juan capistrano

kauai, hawaii // part ii

we basically went to a different beach everyday...

not pictured: a whole ton of snorkeling! sea turtles! monk seals! 

found a waterfall with a rainbow (only in kauai...)

drove around a lot

went on an epic, 22 mile long kalalau hike along the na pali coast:

(not pictured: blazing sun, loose dirt paths, terrifyingly high cliffs, endless switchbacks, wild goats, etc)

the reward!!! kalalau valley & beach. 

spent our last few days on the beach,

swung by waimea canyon,

&& had a final drink at the stevenson library

the end.

we just came back from two weeks in kauai. 

the pictures don't really do it any justice, especially since they're just iphone pics.

but it was too incredible a place not to share!
